Introducing Markin: the agentic growth OS for B2C.
Today we are announcing Markin, an agentic growth operating system that automates and multiplies the analytical and experimentation capacity of a top-tier data science and growth team, with one objective: increase ARPU across large B2C customer bases.
We started Markin after years building growth and data science teams inside some of the largest B2C companies in the world. The pattern was always the same: brilliant people, vast customer data, and a fraction of the decisions that should have been made actually getting made. The bottleneck was never talent or data. It was throughput. A human team, no matter how good, can only ship so many hypotheses, run so many experiments, and personalize for so many customers before the next campaign cycle arrives.
ARPU is the metric that captures everything that matters in a B2C business: retention, monetization, cross-sell, engagement. Yet across every category we have worked in, the spread between the best and the rest is widening. The companies pulling ahead are not working harder; they are decisioning more, faster, at the level of the individual customer. That requires a kind of analytical capacity no traditional team can scale to.
Markin closes that gap. It is built in three layers: Data & Context ingests the full customer signal and enriches it with live external context: competitor moves, market signals, the open web. Intelligence deploys autonomous agents that surface revenue opportunities, form hypotheses, design experiments, and rank candidate actions. Action executes the next best action for every customer, in real time, through the systems you already use.
The result is a platform that behaves like a 24/7 data science team laser-focused on growth: one that never stops learning, never stops experimenting, and never stops compounding. It does not replace your team. It multiplies them, so your best people spend their time on the questions that matter, not the plumbing.
We are live with a handful of B2C enterprises across telecom, streaming, fintech, travel and retail. What we have seen so far confirms the thesis: when you give every customer a continuous, intelligent decision loop, ARPU moves. Not incrementally. Structurally.

Who we are, and why now.
Romà Llambés spent the last decade leading growth and data science at some of the fastest-scaling B2C companies in Europe. He built the teams that turned raw customer data into revenue, and saw first-hand how the best analysts in the world are still throttled by the speed at which a human can form a hypothesis, run a test, and ship a result.
Román Via-Dufresne comes from the applied research side. He worked on deep-learning systems and reasoning agents long before they were a buzzword, shipping models into production where they touched real customer decisions. His conviction is simple: the science is ready, the infrastructure is ready, and the only thing missing is a team bold enough to build the product around it.
We met through a shared frustration: enterprises spend fortunes on CRMs, CDPs and rule-based orchestration, and still send the same message to millions of different people. Markin is our answer. Not another dashboard, not another campaign tool. A growth operating system that closes the gap between what applied science can do and what actually reaches the customer, measured in one thing only: incremental ARPU.
We are building Markin on-site in Barcelona and London with a team that believes the next decade of growth will be won by companies that decision better, not just spend more. If that sounds like the company you want to build, we would love to talk.
