Interactive product tour

What you will see inside the workspace.

The tour walks a consumer subscription business with 15 million customers, from the first signal to the incremental ARPU read. Every screen is the real product; only the account is fictional.

How Markin works
  1. 01 / Home

Start with the number that pays

Proven ARPU lift, measured against a held-back 5% of the base.

  2. 02 / Home

Six tests are running right now

Each line shows what it has moved so far. Nothing here is a forecast.

  3. 03 / Markin AI

Ask Markin what to do next

Try the suggested question. The agent will read the live account record, explain its reasoning and prepare the next piece of work for review.

  4. 04 / Markin AI

An answer grounded in the live record

Markin connects the opportunity to observed signals and prior experiments, then prepares a reviewable next action. It has not changed anything customer-facing.

  5. 05 / Recommendations

Markin says what to do next

The same intelligence becomes a ranked queue of revenue opportunities. Open the top one.

  6. 06 / Recommendation

    It also argues against itself

You get the conditions that would make this call wrong, before you approve it.

  7. 07 / Portfolio

    Open one to see inside

Every idea sits in one of seven states, from first sketch to closed.

  8. 08 / Action

Treated group, and a group left alone

Split before contact, so the comparison stays honest.

  9. 09 / Action

One headline result, plus its guardrails

Fixed before launch. Nobody moves the goalposts after a good week.

  10. 10 / Campaigns

It ships in the tools you already run

Braze, Salesforce, your own stack. Markin queues it, holds the control group and reads the result back.

  11. 11 / Campaigns

Every send has a written brief

Audience, message, frequency and the rule that stops it. Nothing is sent on a hunch.

  12. 12 / Segments

Your base, cut four levels deep

Rebuilt every night. Each row carries the revenue sitting inside it.

  13. 13 / Customer view

Every attribute names its source field

So your analysts can challenge the logic instead of trusting a score.

  14. 14 / Learnings

What you keep after the campaign ends

Durable facts about your customers. Losing tests stay in the record too.

  15. 15 / System

Freshness is on screen, not in a tooltip

Data age, holdout size and agent health, all in one place.

Questions people ask before opening the tour.

Do I need an account to see the Markin product?
No. The tour opens with a work email address, runs entirely in the browser and installs nothing. There is no trial to cancel and no data to connect.
Is the data in the tour real customer data?
No. The workspace runs on a fictional consumer subscription business built for the walkthrough. The screens, decision logic and measurement are the ones Markin runs in production; the numbers are not a customer's.
What does the tour actually show?
The full loop: the signals Markin reads continuously, the hypotheses it writes from them, the candidate actions it ranks, the experiments it launches with a holdout, and the incremental ARPU read that closes the loop.
Can Markin change anything customer-facing on its own?
Not without approval. Everything the agent prepares in the tour, and in production, is a draft until a human approves it, and every launched action carries a holdout so its effect can be measured.
