Opportunity feed
An opportunity feed is a continuously refreshed, ranked list of revenue opportunities detected in a customer base, each with its population, expected value, supporting evidence and suggested next action. It replaces the quarterly planning document as the place where growth work originates.
Why it matters for ARPU
A ranked feed makes the cost of inaction visible: every opportunity that is not being worked has a number next to it. That is what shifts a roadmap from opinion to expected value.
