Build the streaming pipelines that turn raw customer events into decision-ready signals in milliseconds.

About the role

Every model we run is only as good as the signal reaching it. You will own the real-time layer: ingestion, feature computation, and the contracts that keep the rest of the platform honest.

What you'll do

Design and operate streaming pipelines (Kafka, Flink or equivalent) at enterprise volume.
Own the online feature store: freshness, correctness, cost.
Codify schemas and contracts across producers and consumers.
Debug the hard, distributed, midnight kind of problems.

What we're looking for

5+ years in data engineering, with meaningful time on real-time systems.
Fluency with Kafka/Flink/Spark Streaming and modern lakehouse tooling.
Strong software engineering fundamentals — you write code others can rely on.

Nice to have

Experience with feature stores (Feast, Tecton) in production.
Comfort with Rust or Go for hot-path services.
