# Opportunity feed

> An opportunity feed is a continuously refreshed, ranked list of revenue opportunities detected in a customer base, each with its population, expected value, supporting evidence and suggested next action. It replaces the quarterly planning document as the place where growth work originates.

## Why it matters for ARPU

A ranked feed makes the cost of inaction visible: every opportunity that is not being worked has a number next to it. That is what shifts a roadmap from opinion to expected value.
