# Customer 360

> Customer 360 is a consolidated view of everything known about a customer across systems: profile, transactions, interactions, service history and consent. It is a completeness goal, and completeness alone produces no revenue without a system that acts on it.

## Why it matters for ARPU

Many enterprises spend years reaching a single view and then discover the questions of what to do, for whom and when remain entirely unanswered.
